WHY WE ARE FUNDRAISING

We are currently attempting to raise $33,000 to cover expenses for new bleachers and press box. The money will help pay for the updates as well as being available to match grants.

 

GRANTS

Over the last several years, the High School has received many grants to update the field. The Hawks Dugout Club and the WG High School will be writing and requesting new grants to help pay for the new facilities.

 

Grants typically require matching funds which is one of the reasons we are fund raising.

 

HOW WE PLAN TO USE THE MONEY

• Irrigation

• New Bleachers

• New Press Box

• General Updates to the field

• New Restrooms

• New Concession Stand

• Indoor batting cage and locker area
